A new proposal for the Peirce School, located in the Southwest Center City neighborhood, is a children’s museum and recycling center. In order to further the awareness of sustainable energy a museum geared toward children is perfect. The interactive activities and number of short films will encourage kids to get involved and play around with computers to understand how energy works. The recycling center would require professional workers to separate materials and transport them to factories. The benefit of combining the recycling center with the museum will increase the importance of sustainable energy and allow kids to see first hand how the recycling process works.
